Persuant to EU Regulation 11/69 2011, here are 14 allergens list.

  • Cereals containing gluten (wheat rye, barley, oat, emmer, kamut) and their derivative strains and by-products
  • Crustaceans and product based on shellfish
  • Eggs and by-product
  • Fish and product based on fish
  • Soy and soy-based products
  • Milk and diary products (lactose included)
  • Fruit in shell (as well as almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashew, pecan, Brazil, pistachios, macadamia nuts or Queensland nuts and their by-products
  • Celery and products based on celery
  • Mustard and mustard-based products
  • Sulphur dioxide and sulphite in concentrations above 10mg/Kg
  • Lupine and lupine-based products
  • Molluscs and products based on molluscs
